Took me a while to figure out what I think you're referring to - that SlashDot tends to be anti-MS.
Well, maybe so, but I first saw that reference in a discussion about custom code - it definitely wasn't MS, it was something else, might have been Java. WTF/min has everything to do with the programmer, little or nothing to do with the language or technology ;)
