The SqlServerAgent service will not start at system boot. I am on a server domain running Windows Server 2003 SP 2.

The event message is:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: SQLAgent$FAUSNIGHTDB
Event Category: Service Control
Event ID: 103
Date: 11/18/2008
Time: 8:55:09 PM
User: N/A
Computer: FSLSERVER2003
Description:
SQLServerAgent could not be started (reason: Unable to connect to server 'FSLSERVER2003\FAUSNIGHTDB'; SQLServerAgent cannot start).

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

The service is set to start Automatically and logs on as Local System Account. "Allow Service to interact with desktop" is not checked.
Dependencies has one service: MSSQL$FAUSNIGHTDB

Once booted I am able to manually start the SQLAgent service with no problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
