>I am trying to implement a tooltip for a node in my treeview that looks like a tooltip in other VFP controls. The treeview doesn't support it so I am trying to create one using a container with a label in it. When the user moves the mouse over the node I want the tooltip for,I will move the container to the appriate x,y coordinates and make it visible, otherwise the container will just stay invisible. My problem is the treeview wants to always stay on top of the container, so I can only get part of the tooltip container to be visible while the rest is covered by the treeview. Does anyone know of a trick to make this work or, perhaps, have a better solution.

Use a form instead, that is how I implemented 'tooltip' for treeview.
