>Does anyone know what would be a good database design for a questionaire application. It just needs to identify the information for a client and the answers to the questions asked, or if you can't suggest a good design, coul you tell me where I might find a book giving an example of how to program a questionaire in Visual FoxPro.

Hi Garry,

In the VFP Help file, run the Solutions Sample. When the Solutions Sample application comes up, click on the "Controls" option, then the "Option button" option. Next, select "Present a user with multiple choice." This is a sample of a multiple choice test prepared with an underlying table using an option group control. The table and .scx can be found in the MSDN98 directory. Drill down to the Solution directory, then to Controls, then Buttons. You can open the table quiz.dbf and form quiz.scx to learn how it was created.
