I thought so, but I searched my registry and didn't found anything like that :-(
That is why I assume it is stored in Foxuser.
I searched for FoxPro and after the some classes there was nothing found.

UPDATE: I found it! Under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualFoxPro\9.0\Options !
I don't know why the first search did found it.
