IOW, they found some poor fools in Tennessee who will give them a tax-free welcome for a few decades, then they'll make kids to them too and move on, leaving yet another sterile plant with a huge parking. As my wife just said, the corporations are just another shape of snake oil sellers - they rip off, pollute and leave.
