Add a small text object in the bottom right corner of the page footer. Then change the properties of that text object as follows:

- On the "General" tab, change the width to something like 10".
- On the "Advanced" tab, change the Rotation to 270.

Rotation happens using the upper left corner of the object as the pivot point. That's why you have to have the left side of the object very close to the right edge to achieve what you want. Defining it with a width of 10" will look funny in the designer because it falls off the right edge of the page, but when the rotation happens, it's where you want it to be.
