Naomi --

Sure, it's a great find today (in the Google blog -- I had been going back there on occasion to check specifically for this).

The solution makes use of Google Documents. Following assumes your capturing a screen image in Snagit. (adjust according if otherwise)

(1) In Snagit, save the screen image as a file.

(2) in GMail, click on "Documents" (very top of screen)

(3) create a new document (or use an old one)

(4) Click on "Insert", which prompts for the name of the file you created above

(5) Copy

(6) Back to your GMail message

(7) Pasta.

So there are a number of extra steps in there alright ... but it does seem to work satisfactorily.

Cheers,

Jim
