Hello Everyone,
I need to record sound from a microphone. Can anyone recomend an OCX or Activex control control; (or any other resource);
that can do this, one requirement is that it needs to be able to append to an existing file. I have found a couple of OCXs, but none of them can append to a mp3 file.
