Not a bad thought, but no go. Thanks. I did verify that this happens regardless of the RowSource Type. Try it on any of your combo list boxes that have enough items to have a scroll bar. Drag the scroll bar and let up on the mouse outside of the listbox. Then click an item in the listbox. It doesn't take. Happens everytime for me.

>>Yahoo! I've learned what is causing this. If you let up on the mouse button when scrolling while not over the listbox, the issue happens. (ie. when you quickly drag the scroll bar past the scroll stop and let go, or if you let go off to the right or left of the listbox). But if you're careful to let up on the mouse button while it's still over the drop-down listbox it works fine. How interesting... So... seems to be a lost focus kind of issue during the scrolling. Now, how to resolve it, if there is a way... Still working on it. Wish there was a scroll event in the listbox.

And the InteractiveChange doesn't get fired. However, if I click on an item that's shown (doesn't require scrolling), or if I down-arrow to the item, it works fine. This issue happens about half the time on comboboxes with Array RowSource. So something is not quite right with the scrolling in combo list boxes, it seems. The fact that it works sometimes gives me hope that there's a trick or solution to this. Has anyone heard of a solution to this? Thanks for any ideas.
