One of my clients wanted to have everything on the Web last year. So, that included his own accounting system tied into VFP and all the related application data. It was kind of nice. It provided the ability to gain access to the accounting data from everywhere. Of course, it wasn't a full blow accounting application but it did the job.

So, later on, I did the same for one of my own application and I wouldn't do otherwise from now on. :)

The technology used was VFP as the backend, now SQL Server for one of those two applications, and WWC and .NET for the front end.
