Here is one that has me pulling my hair out.

Our IT gentleman made some changes on the Terminal Server yesterday, after which we receive the following message when printing from our VFP7 app:

OLE Error code 0x80040154: Class not registered.

Some history:
* The VFP7 App on our terminal server was working fine until yesterday.
* Application is working at ALL other customer locations. Never have seen this error before.
* For setting up printers on the terminal server, we use a product from Tricerat called Screwdrivers, seems to be working fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.
* No changes to VFP app.
* This message only appears on some documents (@50%), others print fine.
* Error occurs when printing or previewing.
* When previewing, error appears after the preview screen is displayed (blank)
* When printing, PART of the document will print
* Have not been able to generate when printing from other applications.

The IT Gentleman has tried to undo the changes, but to no avail. The changes that were implemented were:
* Deleted DNS server (then re-installed for other reasons)
* Shut down kerberos
* I suspect other changes, but this is what I am told.


How do I find out which class is being referenced? I'm not seeing any error files being generated. I don't see any event viewer messages being generated other than System mesages indicating that the document was printed.

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
