That's an incorrect assumption.

I had the exact same situation. I posted a message and when I saw no responses, I simply assumed nobody had bothered to respond. Considering the helpfulness of the UT members I thought that rather strange but I had found a workaround and solved my immediate problem so I didn't pursue the matter.

I VERY rarely check the replies to my messages and/or private messages so I never saw (until prompted to check by your post) that several people had replied. My message had also been moved to the Windows forum (to which I don't subscribe).

So...........to those who may have thought I was ignoring you........my apologies. I may ignore responses to my posts in the Chatter section, but if I post a question I try to acknowledge the responders -- either singly or en masse.
