Well now their command-and-control servers are based in Estonia. Obviously they had a plan in place it case they got shut down at McColo. The Rustock botnet even came back to life because McColo's connectivity was briefly restored by mistake by idiots at TeliaSonora so it gave the jerks long enough to tell computers infected with that one where to go for new instructions... arrrg!
