Oh, you poor thing! LOL. Get that shovel warmed up!
>I would think you could easily get a job with a shop that is looking to convert from VFP to .net. Either way, we are in a great industry and the jobs are there, even if you just do consulting. I did that for most of the past two years, and even took a month off. Life is good.

>Zach and I didn't cook the turkey yesterday. We will be doing that today when he gets off work. As for snow, we are expecting a blizzard tonight. They say to expect up to 1/2 inch!!!!!!!<g>

>>>So how's the job thing going and the learning curve on dot net?

>>I am still studying .NET hard and doing some coding exercises. The tricky part is going to be getting a job with no experience, when so many people do have .NET experience now. Ideally I would find a company that uses VFP, to get me in the door, and also does .NET development. I haven't worked since this summer so need to find something soon.

>>Enjoy that turkey! I am glad I opted against grilling a turkey this year. It's supposed to start snowing this afternoon and dump 4-6 inches on us by tomorrow. I am going to bake a ham and don't expect much snow by the oven ;-)
