You need to insert one row bellow.

** Insert lines with Title + 1 or 2 empty rows for the column headers
loSheet.ROWS("1:" + ALLTRIM(STR(m.lnLines + m.lnOffset))).INSERT(xlShiftDown)
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
