From one VFP exe program running, i can determine if another VFP application is running on the workstation. If this is true is there a way to determine if a particular form is open in that 2nd application?

Problem I have is that application 1 can be making changes and application 2 could cause conflicts based on what is being done. I need to notify that the second application's particular form is open.
