I had my breakpoint on the while statement but the problem seems to be my timer that calls this method is firing constantly and not on the timed schedule I set. I think it might be related to my recent changes to use zulu time in my data and looking for that now. I sure hate when I look stupid!

Yes, I did, see my later replies. Thanks for your help! I think what I ended up fixing solved other issues I had as well.
