By any chance, are you trying to redistribute more than 1 ActiveX control?

If so, I've noticed the setup script generated by the setup wizard doesn't properly store this information. Each ActiveX control needs 2 PAIRS of numbers (ie 87 89), but if you have more than 1 ActiveX control, the setup wizard creates that line like this: 87 8990 91 ... To correct this problem, make sure you have a space between each pair.
