Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but we also have an Enabled_Assign method that does some other stuff. Is there a way to exclude certain controls from being affected by the SetAll()?

For the controls in question you may want to use Enabled_Assign method and prevent changing Enabled status there.

I had similar problem before and I solved it using custom lEnabled property of all controls instead of Enabled property directly.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
