I warmly recommend Icon Lover, http://www.iconlover.com/iconlover/index.htm. The program is able to find all the icons on your computer, and it has an automatic icon download options with a big library of URLs to pick from. Select the option to download all icons from these sites, and you will have a big library of icons to pick from. Or you can create your own icons, or edit existing icons.
