Rec. email for renewal of membership. I have been member since 1997 and have always been very happy. However, last time I renewed membership was for a year and then I was being charged for monthly also. At that time I did block any charges by UT and that is why the automatic renewal was not accepted. I think you did correct that and I am gratefull for your quick response.

However, with the changes made on UT, I have become so frustrated with the functionality of UT that I will decline to renew. I really appreciated the OLD way the search function worked. I have tried to use the new way, but gave up out of frustration. I do thank you for the years of good service provided in the past and hope you all the success in the future.

(Who knows, I might change my mind, but at this point I have found myself more and more to Foxtite etc)
