Hi Beth,

I'm sorry to hear that. I wish you great luck in your search! Is there a military base near you? You should qualify for points based on your military service to apply for a job on base if that would interest you. I worked as a network manager and programmer on a military base for 7 years after I left the military. There all types of jobs and the benefits can't be beat. It would be something to keep you going while your job search in your choice field is ongoing and you continue your learning curve in Java...

My first job was the Military, and I am a retired reserve now, which means I will have a retirement when/if I make it to 60-65. :)
