Nor I, for the same reasons (aside from the reported fact that they're not such bargs after all). AND there isn't one near where I work.

>>Ironic. You may know that I hate Xmas ads on telly. One recurring ad has the sig tune "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...". The 2nd line is "look in the five and ten", which was the old US name (or nickel and dime) for Woolies. I think, after the scrum and free-for-all for the closing down sale yesterday, and stripping off of the old signs, Woolies is beginning to look a lot un-christmassy.

>>>>>>>Yeah, they've been doing great, haven't they? I read the other day that the U.S. government came out with a new issue that pays 0% interest but is guaranteed not to lose value. It quickly sold out and there were three or four times as many people who wanted to invest in it than there was room for. Think about that for a minute. All the traditional places to put your money are so far in the toilet people will gladly get into something GUARANTEED NOT TO MAKE MONEY just to hang onto what they've got.
- Whoever said that women are the weaker sex never tried to wrest the bedclothes off one in the middle of the night
- Worry is the interest you pay, in advance, for a loan that you may never need to take out.
