Jim,
According to Help for DO command you can
DO ProgramName1 | ProcedureName [IN ProgramName2][WITH ParameterList]
You can call the programs from .EXE, .APP, FXP, PRG (the default order they are searched if there is no extension specified) or specify the extension.
