I just said that "Soccer word don't use at England". I didn't claim that word not an english man's invent... But world use Football not Soccer...

>>>You probably already know the word soccer comes from England, not the U.S. You know, the country that invented the game.
>>
>>Frenchs claim they invented football. I never seen soccer word from any european TV's included english TV's.
>>
>>
>>>I had not thought of team nicknames being amusing but can see how they might be from a different POV. The reason is probably that we have multiple team sports, not just one. A headline of "Chicago beats New York" wouldn't be very useful if you didn't know whether it meant football, basketball, or hockey (all in season at the moment).
>>
>>We have multiple team sports too. Basketball, volleyball, handball... Our men basketball and women volleyball teams are good. We have worlds number one volleyball women player. She is a cuba citizen.. Hehe...
>>
>>I think so reason is your people see sport as an entertainment more from us. That's a good thing. I had just made a joke...
