Ha ha ha! So true. That is because those who come here from China operate based on the standards of China. Really. When the inspectors came the last time to my daughter's restaurant, they failed miserably. After that my daughter spent 3 days teaching the owner how to sterilize, sanitize, and scrub, scrub, scrub! They then passed with flying colors. My daughter had been through numerous restaurant inspections at the other jobs she's had previously. The owners were amazed what all is checked and how clean everything has to be. They do know very well where to store (and where not to store) specific food items though.
