Been using Desktops v1.0 and having a couple problems. Was wondering if anyone else has experience with this tool?

I have a laptop with dual monitors attached giving me 2048 X 768 view area. With Desktops, one is suppose to have 4 virtual desktops, however, I am only able to get 3 more. I am assuming the issue is with the dual monitors. Was wondering if anyone else has this issue.

Also, in the documentation the following:

"Desktops reliance on Windows desktop objects means that it cannot provide some of the functionality of other virtual desktop utilities, however. For example, Windows doesn't provide a way to move a window from one desktop object to another, and because a separate Explorer process must run on each desktop to provide a taskbar and start menu, most tray applications are only visible on the first desktop."

What does "Tray Applications" mean? I seem to only have an issue with IE7.0. Does anyone else able to run IE7.0 from other desktops other than number 1?
