I tried to get it into an EXE created with MoleBox but that didn't work

after that I removed the DLLs from the MoleBox exe and tried another approach

I got

error R6034

An application has made an attempt to load the runtime library incorrectly

The dynamic link library was not found.

Both DLLs are in the same directory as the exe.

I'll try now to install the files from the link given by Sergey and see what happens.
