Before Ralph left, he sold the gas fields to private enterprise, all the while telling us that the price would probably go down because of competition. HA! Before I paid about $38.00 a month. The first year on the free market and my January bill was around $360.00 for one month's heating. This October came in at $110.43 - I kinda liked it the other way.
