There are 3 "Update your account" links on the page after I click the setup button.
The first one just scroll me down to the "Update your account" section

The other 2 links, well 99% of users will assume they point to the same setting page unless they care to try both.
Umm... I try 1000 times clicking the first link and couldn't locate the "Avoid the display of my name to be part in the CC ..." setting.
Fortunately, on my 1001 try, I accidently click the other link which bring me to a different settings page, which is a virgin to me... I finally find the setting you have mentioned. sigh!
