You can apply the patch using "Windows Update" as you can

or, for IT professionals who need to apply it on more than one PC you can download it
from Microsoft's website: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/MS08-078.mspx
Please, take attention in which IE explorer and operating system you are using.
Personally, I'll say to everybody: Move to FIREFOX! But, that is me :)
