Hello every body!

In my office we have 6 (six) computers and connected by LAN. In the server we are closing the days activity. And we have to store a particular data to every PC as per requirements of te program. It is very boring to copy a backup file from the server and paste it to the other PC through my network. Now I am trying to develop a program and will install it in the server. I want that the user will click on the shortcut and the work will be done, i., the file will be copied and pasted on the desired drive of every PC. How I can do this?
