I've used one. The sound quality was fine for me, but you may have a more discriminating ear. The only problem I had with the pair I used was flimsy plastic workmanship.

I have read that USB headsets have better quality than analog (with a 3.4 mm pin) and while shopping for one I saw (at BestBuy) that they have USB headsets. Not being "tired/wired" to a PC while listening, IMO, is a great feature. But I am concerned about quality. (Btw, when I am talking about Bluetooth headset I mean those that are used for listening to music not little in-the-ear types that are used for cell phones).
