But sure, urging is not the same as dictating. The request to the UT management to freeze this thread was more serious. It was an encouraging sign that nobody or not many sympathized with that idea.
A twit filter means member A doesn't want to read any more posts by member B. No more, no less than that. A isn't saying B shouldn't be able to speak any more.
