I don't watch Fox News.

In the NY Times article, Roubini is noted as a career naysayer. Did Roubini predict the economic successes of the 1990s? The dot com bust of 2000? The economic upswing starting around 2003?

The reason I ask this is that I predict rain every day. I predict it everyday, and when it happens, I announce with great fanfare that I predicted it.
