My aplication has a compiled protected librarys with refox and do not run properly with out afect the other aplication. In other versions of visual foxpro I can use a command line -D c:\mylib\...to alternate with other folder in short key acces, but in vfp 9 sp2 I do not know how to run with alternative libraries.

First, -D switch specifies a runtime .DLL file not a folder. Why it's not listed in VFP9 help, it may still works. I'm not sure why do you need it though. You can put all runtime files into application folder and they will be used by application w/o any switches.
