This may sound stupid, but I am having problems getting this to compile. I have a multi-purpose view, and on some forms not all view parameters are used.
To avoid the dreaded view parameter value prompt, I am attempting this line:

thisform.iepointusersobj.addviewparameter('vp_cuserid',' ')

This gives me an error (Comman missing required clause). What is the correct way to do this?
