I have a REPLACE statement that won't work. Here it is

lnATAFValue = EVAL('xtab.'+lcFName)
lcATAFValue = STR(lnATAFValue)
SELECT ATA_Report
GO BOTTOM
REPLACE &lcATAFName WITH lcATAFValue

The REPLACE doesn;t insert the value of the variable into the field &lcATAFName.
