Hi Saif
install both of side printer driver eg. IBM proprinter XL or what do you are using , RDP creates automatically printers ( you can see as printer selection or control panel/printer eg named IBM Pro XL on Session 1 and you can select printer and get print out.

shortly when do you want to use client side printers while connected via RDP install their drivers on Server
