Hi Sergey,
Searching MSDN for "Cannot Quit Visual Foxpro" only revealed the scenario where READ EVENTS is still active.
That is not the case here.
I doubled checked for hanging references and I think I'm OK there.
Do you have any ideas regarding the "nature" of whatever else may cause VFP to not be allowed to quit ?
