This message is an update on the CPU Usage resolution.
I sent a message to the network engineer at the customer where I had experienced 100% CPU Usage. He replied this morning and said that he found "a service that had crashed and was hung, causing the spike in the CPU." He also said that he restarted the service and the CPU is down to 2%. I am curious though (although don't want to ask a dumb question of a customer) on how he found this service that was causing this CPU Usage.
