NOTE: Beginning February 2009 Alberta will have FREE healthcare. There will be no charge whatsoever.

Come one, Grady. TANSTAAFL! Someone somewhere is paying for it since it is government subsidized. So I am wondering which taxes are actually paying for it - like what percentage of your income goes to the government right off the top as income tax and what percentage is VAT and so on....
