You pick movies the normal way, except you watch them instantly -- OK, in 15 seconds or so -- on your computer or TV. You need a box to watch it on TV. You can use a TiVo or a couple other DVRs. If you don't have one of those, which I don't, you can buy a dedicated box from Roku for $99. I got one of those as a family Christmas present. The girls are already using the heck out of it.
