This is the resolution we're using ... seems to work fine... except... the report is over 25,000 pages and we can't seem to get past page 9999 because of the 'to' page number on the dialog box. This is true even when "Print range" is not selected. We've also tried using PRINTJOB with _PBPAGE and _PEPAGE but same result...

Any ideas?
