It's correct VFP behavior.

Having 2 monitors the app was opening on a different monitor but since the last upgrade to the latest Matrox PowerDesk this is not the case as both are instances of VFP and the last instance closed is the one being remembered thus next time I start the project and run the app, the app starts in the same monitor as the dev instance. And I can't find a place to mention exclusions for window management.
