Now try to use your mouse scroll wheel to scroll in the code window, and you will see that the Class Browser vertical scrollbars are intercepting the wheel movement. Get rid of the scrollbars in Class Browser, then the code window will scroll.

Only if the class browser window still has focus. If you click inside the code window, everything is fine.

Though, I've seen code windows react to the wheel even when not having focus, when the mouse is just over them, so this really is a somewhat changed behavior.
