>>>That's no matter. There is a say in Turkey "eat grape don't ask vineyard"
>>>
>>>The only time that it doesn't matter is if you don't pay taxes (meaning that you are on the dole). I suspect that in these places with "free" health care, I would be paying 50% of my income in taxes. In that case, I would be better off on the dole....

>>I like sharing. Maybe I will lost my job and I will need a green card (green card is our free healthcare card for our unemployment people).
>>
>>If I'm not wrong that's interesting have a legal job doesn't supply americans a health insurance everytime? If it's true, really strange. Your country world's richest country.

>If you have no income (or very low income) you can qualify for Medicaid which is funded by taxes. Our problem is not medical care, we have excellent medical care. Our problem is not no medical insurance for those with no job or in the poverty level. Our problem is for those who are above the poverty level, but not well -off and who develop serious or chronic medical conditions and cannot get insurance or cannot afford it.

>People have been known to quit their jobs to get medicaid if someone in the family develops a very serious disease and the insurance doesn't cover it all or they cannot get insurance. When they have no income, medical care is free.

That's silly. We don't have good hospitals like you. Our hospitals don't have choppers. But all of our legally work people have health insurange automatically.
