If the story is correct - then AirTran is for sure in the wrong.

As a side note - I HATE AirTran. Those jerks lost my luggage once (which by the way had all my MSDN DVD's in it and two $1100 suits) and despite months of haggling never paid me one cent. I would walk to my destination before I ever got on another one of their planes.
