Maybe I have understood this wrong, but summing up the sales bill / invoice table should give you the 'Total of all Sales' but please note if you have discounts and / or taxation and / or other additions / deductions you will probably have to sum the original sale amount (ie. without all the add and less) to give you the 'True Total of all Sales'
